LONDON (Alliance News) - Housebuilder Telford Homes PLC Monday said Joint Managing Director John Fitzgerald sold 100,000 shares at a price of 427 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Fitzgerald retains 282,718 shares in the company, representing 0.46% of the company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
The stock was trading down 1.0% at 421.75p Monday.
