DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Seven SCISYS Directors Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

SCISYS said a group of seven directors bought a total of 84,309 shares at 70 pence per share on Monday for around GBP59,000.

Chairman Mike Love bought 41,841 shares, taking his holding to 4.3 million shares, equal to a 14.83% stake in the group.

Chief Executive Officer Klaus Heidrich and Executive Director Klaus Meng each bought 10,460 shares, and now hold 60,460 and 2.8 million shares respectively. This equates to 0.21% and 9.75% of the issued share capital, respectively.

Deputy Chairman David Jones bought 8,368 shares and now holds 160,368 shares, or a 0.55% stake.

Non-Executive Director David Coghlan bought 6,276 shares which is his only holding.

Technical Director Steve Brignall bought 4,184 shares and now holds 126,293 shares, or a 0.43% stake, and Finance Director Chris Cheetham bought 2,720 shares and now holds 74,720 shares, equal to a 0.26% stake.

Shares in the software company closed up 5.3% at 73.56p Tuesday.

Defence contractor BAE Systems said Non-Executive Director Paula Rosput Reynolds acquired 1,000 American Depositary Receipts on Monday at USD28.411 each. One ADR equals four ordinary shares. The stock closed flat at 490.90 pence Tuesday.

Infrastructure investor and manager John Laing Group said Chief Executive Olivier Brousse bought shares in the company on Tuesday. Brousse bought 1,731 shares at 214.9 pence per share, taking his total holding up to 139,940 shares. John Laing shares closed up 0.3% at 213.10p on Tuesday.

CLS Holdings said Dianne Whiteley, wife of Chief Financial Officer John Whiteley, bought 306 shares at 1,594 pence each last Friday. Following the transaction, John Whiteley holds 14,000 shares. The stock closed down 1.8% at 1,561.00p Tuesday.

F&C Global Smaller Companies said Non-Executive Director Anja Balfour bought 400 shares at GBP10.0584 each on Tuesday. Balfour now holds 2,000 shares. The stock closed up 2.1% at 1,006.00p Tuesday.

Cambria Automobiles said Raigerfield Capital, a family company controlled by Chairman Philip Swatman and his wife Rosemary Swatman, acquired a total of 10,000 shares at a price of 75 pence each on Tuesday. After the purchase Swatman holds 260,000 shares in the AIM-listed car dealer, representing 0.26% of the issued share capital. The stock closed up 7.1% at 75.00p Tuesday.
