Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Ltd - real estate investor - As at September 30, net asst value per share was 58.0 pence, down from 68.3p the same date the year before, and 59.7p at the end of March.
Portfolio value at the end of September was GBP397.8 million, down from GBP462.7 million the prior year, as Retail assets struggled.
For the six months to the end of September, Schroder Real Estate swung to a loss of GBP8.8 million from a profit of GBP4.6 million, as rental income declined to GBP10.3 million from GBP11.8 million the prior year.
