Vela Technologies PLC - Bingley, England-based company with investments in early-stage disruptive technology businesses - Says share capital of investee Kanabo Group PLC - formerly Spinnaker Opportunities PLC - now trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. Following admission, Vela's investment of GBP150,000 for 2.3 million Kanabo shares at 6.5 pence each is now complete and it holds a 0.6% stake. Earlier in February, Spinnaker launched a placing and subscription to raise GBP6.0 million in conjunction with its reverse takeover acquisition of Kanabo Research Ltd.
