LONDON (Alliance News) - Sanne Group PLC said on Wednesday that a number of directors have purchased shares in the company on Friday last week.
Chief Executive Officer Dean Godwin purchased 9,520 shares at a price of 519.87 pence per share, for a total of GBP48,097.
Chief Executive Officer Designate Martin Schnaier and Chief Financial Officer James Ireland bought the same amount of shares each for the same price.
Chair Rupert Robson acquired 19,100 shares for 518.92p each, at a total of GBP99,113.
It has not been disclosed how many shares any of these directors now hold overall.
Shares in the asset and corporate services provider were down 1.3% at 515.00 pence on Monday.
