(Sharecast News) - Secure Income REIT declared an interim quarterly dividend of 3.95p per share on Thursday.
The AIM-traded real estate investment trust said the dividend would be payable on 7 June to shareholders on the register on 29 April, with the ex-dividend date being 28 April.
"The dividend will be paid as a property income distribution in respect of the company's tax-exempt property rental business," the board said in its statement.
As it announced on 10 March, for the year ended 31 December the company was targeting a 15% increase in the dividend rate when the July 2022 dividend is declared.
"This is a dividend target and does not represent a dividend forecast."
At 1236 BST, shares in Secure Income REIT were up 0.34% at 443.5p.
