PRS REIT PLC - Manchester-based closed-ended real estate investment trust - Posts GBP16.4 million profit for year ended June 30, up 12% from GBP14.6 million the year before, as revenue more than doubles to GBP12.9 million from GBP6.0 million. Total dividends paid 4.0 pence per share, unchanged from the year before. Completes 2,634 homes in the first quarter of financial 2021, up from 1,361 the year before, with estimated rental value per annum of GBP24.3 million versus GBP12.3 million. Number of contracted homes in the three months to September 30 stands at 2,369 from 3,422 year-on-year, with ERV GBP23.3 million from GBP33.7 million. Completed and contracted sites rise to 64 from 60 the year prior, ERV GBP47.6 million versus GBP46.0 million. Financial 2021 dividend target still at 4.0p per share.
