IN BRIEF: Stanley Gibbons shares cancelled from trading on AIM

Stanley Gibbons Group PLC - Jersey-based rare stamp dealer - Shares have been cancelled from trading on London's AIM.

In July, Stanley Gibbons announced its plans to delist from London's AIM junior market, following discussions with its largest shareholder Phoenix SG. Phoenix holds a 58% stake in the company.

On August 30, an extraordinary general meeting took place, where shareholders voted for the cancellation of the company's shares.
