Stanley Gibbons Group PLC - Saint Helier, Jersey-based collectable postage stamps retailer - Reports the purchase of 20% stake in Showpiece Technologies Ltd from Phoenix Asset Management Partners. Showpiece is the fractional ownership platform through which the company is making stamps available for sale. The cash price is GBP2,000, equivalent to 20% stake. The other 80% was purchased by Castelnau Group PLC for GBP8,000.
