LONDON (Alliance News) - SafeCharge International Group Ltd said Tuesday it has appointed current Non-Executive Director Jeremy Nicholds as deputy chairman with immediate effect.
The payments technology company said Nicholds will assume the Non-Executive Chairman post at the end of the year after the retirement of current Chairman Roger Withers.
Nicholds also currently serves as non-executive director at Vipera PLC.
SafeCharge shares were trading at 346.95 pence up 4.8%.
