LONDON (Alliance News) - SafeCharge International Group Ltd on Tuesday said it appointed Susanne Chishti as non-executive director to the board with immediate effect.
SafeCharge is a payments technology firm. It noted that Chishti is chief executive officer and founder of FinTech company Circle and has over 20 years of experience in the banking and FinTech sectors.
She also is a non-executive director of Kompli Holdings PLC, Crown Agents Bank Ltd and JLG Group PLC.
SafeCharge shares were trading up 2.0% at 282.00 pence each on Tuesday afternoon in London.
