(ShareCast News) - Oil and gas exploration group Range Resources has appointed Yu Wang to the board of non-executive directors.Wang is the nominee of Beijing Sibo Investment Management, which earned the right to appoint up to three non-executive directors, after investing $30m in the London-listed company earlier this year and entering a subscription agreement with Range.An investment manager at Shanghai Anjin Investment, Wang previously held a similar role at Weihai International Economic & Technical Cooperative, specialising in project analysis and evaluation of energy and mineral projects in Africa, including oil and gas projects in the Republic of the Congo.Range shares were down 1.47% to 0.557p at 1052 BST on Thursday.
