LONDON (Alliance News) - RPS Group PLC on Tuesday appointed Michael McKelvy as non-executive director, effective immediately.
The energy resources and environmental consultancy company said that US-based McKelvy has been chief executive officer of construction company Gilbane since 2016.
"I am delighted to welcome Michael McKelvy to the RPS board," said Chairman Ken Lever. "The development of our business in North America is a strategic priority and the breadth of knowledge and experience that Mike brings of that market will be invaluable in its pursuit."
Shares in RPS were trading 6.1% higher at 274.26 pence per share on Tuesday.
