LONDON (Alliance News) - Engineering services company Renew Holdings PLC on Monday said it has acquired Nuclear Decontamination Services Ltd, a nuclear services business operating at the decommissioned Sellafield nuclear plant in Cumbria.
Following the acquisition, the specialist services at the Sellafield site are to be provided by Renew's Shepley Engineers Ltd unit.
Renew will pay GBP235,000 to acquire Nuclear Decontamination Services, which will boost the range of services the company is able to offer at the nuclear sites where it operates.
Renew shares opened down 0.2% to 399.1784 pence on Monday morning.
