(Alliance News) - London-based Remote Monitored Systems PLC on Friday said it has promoted John Richardson to the position of chief operations officer.
Richardson serves as a director of GyroMetric Systems Ltd, a 58%-owned subsidiary of Remote Monitored Systems.
Remote Monitored Systems, which specialises in providing survey and inspection services, also said that Non-Executive Director Paul Ryan will replace Nigel Burton as chair following his retirement, effective immediately.
Burton retired to pursue other opportunities, the company added.
Remote Monitored shares were down 13% at 0.24 pence on Friday afternoon in London.
