LONDON (Alliance News) - Richoux Group PLC Monday said Director Salvatore Diliberto purchased 250,000 shares in the company for 15.85 pence per share last Friday.
Following the transaction, Diliberto holds over 19.9 million shares, representing 21.7% of the issued share capital of the company.
Richoux shares were untraded on Monday, last trading at 16.00 pence per share.
