HOUSTON, Sept 27 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell Plccompleted restarting the hydrocracker at its218,200-barrel-per-day (bpd) Norco, Louisiana, refinery onThursday, sources familiar with plant operations said.
Shell spokesman Ray Fisher said work was under way on aprocess unit at the refinery, but declined to identify the unit.
The 40,000-bpd hydrocracker shut down after it wasoverwhelmed by feedstocks the 112,000-bpd gasoline-producingfluidic catalytic cracking unit could no longer process when itwas idled to repair a leak on Monday, the sources said.
