HOUSTON, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Royal Dutch Shell Plcrestarted the coker at its 225,300-barrel-per-day (bpd) Norco,Louisiana, refinery on Saturday, said sources familiar withplant operations.
The 25,000-bpd coker was shut on Friday by a malfunction,the sources said. The coker previously restarted on Aug. 21 froma monthlong overhaul.
