Angus Energy PLC - UK-focused onshore oil and gas production and development company - Subsidiary Angus Energy Weald Basin No 3 Ltd enters into offtake deal with Royal Dutch Shell PLC division for entire production from Saltfleetby gas field, East Lincolnshire.

Empire Metals Ltd - London-based exploration and development firm - Enters into option agreement to acquire 75% interest in Eclipse gold mining licence in Western Australia from Philips Exploration Pty Ltd. Acquires six-month option for AUD100,000 in cash, about GBP54,648, and AUD300,000 to be settled with issue of 9.4 million Empire shares at 1.75 pence each and issue of 9.4 million warrants exercisable at 3p each.

Metal Tiger PLC - natural resources-focused investor - Notes announcement from 17%-owned investee Southern Gold Ltd on drilling results at Aphae project, South Korea. High-to-moderate grades of gold and silver intersections found.

Cadence Minerals PLC - mineral resources investment company - Investee Macarthur Minerals presents updated mineral resource estimate from Lake Giles iron project, Australia. Measured mineral resource 53.9 million tonnes, indicated resources of 218.7 million tonnes and inferred resources of 997.0 million tonnes.

Kingswood Holdings Ltd - London-based wealth manager - Strikes agreement to acquire 50% stake in US-based Manhattan Harbor Capital. Kingswood intends to invest up to USD8.0 million to grow its US offering which could give it a 67% stake in MHC.

LMS Capital PLC - London-based investment firm - Leading an investment group aiming to acquire an interest in Romanian firm Dacian Petroleum. Dacian operates fields producing 1,400 barrels of oil equivalent per day. LMS Capital to invest total of USD9.1 million in loan and equity capital for 32% holding.

NetScientific PLC - healthcare intellectual property commercialisation group - Portfolio firm PDS Biotechnology Corp prices underwritten public offering of 6.0 million shares at USD2.75 each, raising total of USD16.5 million. NetScientific subscribes for 236,000 shares for GBP500,000.

RTW Venture Fund Ltd - life sciences-focused investment firm - Participates in Series A financing round in Shanghai-based biotechnology firm Ji Xing. Alongside other funds managed by investment manager, RTW Venture invests USD5 million.

Checkit PLC - Cambridge-based workflow management firm - Revenue in six months to July 31 up more than double to GBP6.4 million from GBP3.2 million.

Boku Inc - US-based mobile payments solution provider - Recently-acquired Fortumo launches carrier billing partnership with Myanmar mobile operator Mytel. Mytel customers can pay for games, app purchases and digital services by charging them to postpaid phone bills or prepaid SIM cards.

Northbridge Industrial Services PLC - Burton on Trent-based industrial services and rental company - Revenue in six months to June 30 down 4.8%, performance hailed as "resilient" amid Covid-19. Notes decrease in revenue to be mostly offset by operating cost cuts.

Accsys Technologies PLC - London-based wood building products firm - Forms joint-venture with New York-listed Eastman Chemical Co named Accoya USA LLC. Partnership plans to construct wood production plant to support US market. Accsys share of initial engineering and design costs expected around EUR1.5 million.
