* Norway gas exports total 263 mcm/d * Deliveries to Britain at 63 mcm/d OSLO, June 21 (Reuters) - Norwegian pipeline gas exports toEurope were lower on Friday morning than the previous session'saverage, despite Vesterled pipeline restarting flows to Britain. Deliveries to continental Europe and Britain were at 263million cubic metres (mcm) by 0830 GMT, down from Thursday'saverage of 269 mcm, data from gas system operator Gassco showed. Norway's export figures are based on gas fed into the systemat a certain time and calculated to a daily average. Volumes canvary throughout the day as producers adjust the amount of gasthey pump. Exports to Britain, Europe's most traded gas market, easedby 6 mcm to 63 mcm, while flows through the Vesterled pipelinerestarted early on Friday. Flows have been shut since early Tuesday after production atStatoil's Oseberg field was shut due to a gas leak. Combined deliveries to the Netherlands and Germany heldsteady from the previous day's average at 117 mcm. Flows to France and Belgium were also stable at 43 mcm and40 mcm respectively. The Norpipe pipeline, which carries gas from the Ekofiskfield to Germany, is expected to remain shut for maintenanceuntil June 24.
