HOUSTON, Jan 29 (Reuters) - A planned multi-unit overhaul atMotiva Enterprises 603,000 barrel per day (bpd) PortArthur, Texas, refinery that includes the second-largest crudeunit, is continuing as planned with work scheduled to finishbetween mid-February and early March, sources familiar withplant operations said on Friday.
The units, including the 195,000 bpd crude distillation unitVPS-4, were shut in the last week of December to begin theoverhaul, which had been postponed four times after beingoriginally scheduled for February 2014.
Work will finish on individual units in a staggered fashionbetween mid-February and early March, the sources said. Restartswill begin as work on each unit is finished. (Reporting by Erwin Seba; Editing by Bernard Orr)
