U.S. stocks climbed on Tuesday after two straight decliningsessions, with index futures jumping after a report of aproposal for a 6-month debt extension for Greece as negotiationscontinued. Dow Jones industrial average e-mini futures were up 0.50 percent at 17,770, S&P 500 futures were up0.51 percent at 2,053 and Nasdaq 100 futures were up 0.53percent at 4,236.75.

** COCA-COLA CO, Monday close $41.23, +3.81 pctpremarket

The world's largest beverage maker reported abetter-than-expected profit as sales in North America, itsbiggest market, rose for the first time in four quarters,offsetting the impact of a stronger dollar on its overseasbusiness.

** STARWOOD HOTELS & RESORTS WORLDWIDE INC, Mondayclose $71.23, +5.01 pct premarket

The hotel operator reported an 83 percent jump in quarterlyprofit and said it would spin off its vacation ownershipbusiness.

** CVS HEALTH CORP, Monday close $99.56, +1.85 pctpremarket

The No. 2 U.S. drugstore operator reported a near 13 percentrise in quarterly net revenue, helped by an increase in pharmacysame-store sales.

** AMKOR TECHNOLOGY INC, Monday close $7.05, +19.72pct premarket

The semiconductor assembling and testing services provider'sfourth-quarter revenue and profit beat the average analystestimate as demand for flip chip, wafer-level processing andother test services grew.

Microsoft took a leaf out of Apple's playbook onMonday and issued a US$10.75bn bond issue - the biggest so farthis year - in part to return money to its shareholders.

Microsoft and Samsung Electronics Co Ltd havesettled a contract dispute over patent royalties, though termsof the settlement are confidential, Microsoft said in astatement on Monday.
