(Alliance News) - Quadrise Fuels International PLC on Tuesday said it has named Philip Hill as its new chief operating officer.
Hill has 20 years experience as a chartered chemical engineer, and has managed and held directorships in multiple BP PLC joint ventures developing and licensing biofuel and jetfuel technologies, Quadrise explained.
The London-based residual oil technology licensor noted the position is a non-board role.
Quadrise Chief Executive Jason Miles said: "We are delighted to have appointed Philip as COO after a rigorous recruitment process during which we met a range of highly qualified candidates. Philip joins Quadrise at the start of an exciting year for the company. He will be a key member of our leadership team as we progress our projects towards commercialisation."
Shares in Quadrise were 3.9% higher at 2.57 pence each in London midday on Tuesday.
