(Alliance News) - Estate agency Purplebricks Group PLC said Friday it has appointed Andrew Botha as chief financial officer with effect on May 11, subject to due diligence completion.
He will be replacing James Davies, who is resigning from the company with effect on May 8 after having been in the role since 2017.

I am delighted to welcome Andy to the board as Chief Financial Officer. Andy has a remarkable track record in growing digital businesses, and I look forward to working with him and the executive management team to execute Purplebricks's strategy," said Chair Paul Pindar.
