Pollen Street Secured Lending PLC - London-headquartered investment trust - Progresses talks with replacement investment managers with successor to PSC Credit Holdings LLP likely to be announced "very shortly" with lower management and performance fees. Still sees possible cash offer form Waterfall and says "it would be in the best interests of shareholders to bring it to the point where it can be formally considered". Further announcement on this to be made by Tuesday next week. Says latest merger proposal from Honeycomb Investment Trust PLC does not compare favourably to Waterfall and or else unlikely to gain enough shareholder support.
