LONDON (Alliance News) - Natural resources investment company Polo Resources Ltd on Thursday said Blackham Resources Ltd has started mining work at the Matilda gold project in Australia.
Polo holds an 8.1% stake in Blackham.
Blackham has started open pit mining and underground development work on the project, and wet commissioning of the Wiluna processing plant at the project is on track to start in August.
Shares in Polo were up 2.6% to 6.03 pence Thursday.
