LONDON (Alliance News) - IntegraFin Holdings PLC on Friday said it appointed Victoria Cochrane as a senior independent director with immediate effect.
Cochrane is currently a non-executive director of Perpetual Income & Growth Investment Trust PLC, a FTSE 250 company holding funds of GBP1 billion.
Shares in IntegraFin closed 1.4% lower on Friday at 355.00 pence each.
