Victrex PLC - Hires Ros Rivaz as senior independent director from May 1, replacing Pamela Kirby. Rivaz is a chemist who served as chief operating officer for Smith & Nephew PLC, among many other executive roles at other companies.

Jaywing PLC - Mike Sprot steps down immediately as chief financial officer "to pursue other interests". Ross Ferguson named interim group controller.

Plaza Centers NV - Appoints David Dekel as the non-executive chair.

TP ICAP PLC - Lorraine Trainer to step down as non-executive director at May 13 annual general meeting. As a result, Angela Knight, who was intending to leave the board, will stay at least until the 2021 AGM.
