PayTV and broadband service products developer Pace has appointed Mark Shuttleworth as its new chief financial officer (CFO), the company said on Monday.Shuttleworth, who occupied the same role for Qatar Telecom between 2003 and 2005 before moving to European Telecom, has left his most recent role as CFO of Emirates Integrated Telecommunication Company PJSC.He led his former firm to a $660m initial public offering on the Dubai Financial Markets and built the business to a market capitalisation of $8bn and revenues of $3bn."I am delighted that Mark has now joined the board and executive team at Pace and look forward to working with him to help Pace achieve even greater success," said group chief executive Mike Pulli.
