(Alliance News) - Plant Health Care PLC said on Tuesday Ospraie AG Science LLC has acquired shares in the company.
The agriculture-focused biological products provider said in the transaction on Tuesday, Ospraie acquired 34.5 million shares, representing 16.7% stake in the company.
Plant Health Care shares closed 3.3% lower in London at 7.95 pence each on Tuesday.
