LONDON (Alliance News) - Patagonia Gold PLC Tuesday said Chairman Carlos Miguens bought 7.6 million shares at 11.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Miguens now holds 132.7 million shares, which represents a 15.1% stake in the firm.
The firm also said Finance Director Gonzalo Tanoira bought 842,580 shares at the same price.
Following this transaction Tanoira now holds 7.1 million shares, which represents less than a 1% stake in the firm.
Patagona shares were trading at 11.5 pence Tuesday morning, up 0.25 pence or 2.2%.
