Pembridge Resources PLC - London-based copper-focused mining company- Raises GBP320,000 from issue of 6.4 million shares at a subscription price of 5 pence each. Says GBP80,000 was also raised from the issue of a convertible loan to Gati Al-Jebouri, Pembridge's chief executive officer. The new shares will constitute around 6.9% of the company's enlarged share capital.
The GBP400,000 total proceeds of the fundraise will fund a review of new opportunities and serve as general working capital.
Current stock price: 5.25 pence, down 4.6% on Tuesday
