LONDON (Alliance News) - Attractions services provider Paragon Entertainment Ltd said Tuesday that it has launched a leisure division which will distribute products into the leisure and attractions market.
The group said that the leisure division is in a position to take advantage of key third-party intellectual property, licences and partnership and distribution agreements and will steadily build a base of long term annuity-based licensees.
The division recently added three branded attraction licenses to its portfolio, including Japanese soft play system Yu Kids, Nerf branded attractions, and HiLo, a geodesic dome which can be used for a range of indoor and outdoor attractions.
Shares in Paragon Entertainment were flat Tuesday afternoon at 4.75 pence per share.
