LONDON (Alliance News) - P2P Global Investments PLC said Monday Woodford Investment Management Ltd sold its entire stake in the company as Quilter builds a substantial holding.
Prior to Thursday's transaction, Woodford held a 13% interest in P2P.
Later the same day, Quilter PLC built a 13.6% stake in P2P.
Shares in P2P closed down 0.5% Monday at 848.09 pence each. In London, Quilter shares closed up 0.2% at 148.40p, in Johannesburg the shares ended up 0.1% at ZAR27.39.
