LONDON (Alliance News) - Debt asset investor P2P Global Investments PLC said shares had been purchased by Lindsey McMurray, a partner at P2P's investment manager Pollen Street Capital Ltd, and close associate Jorge Villon.
McMurray and Villon purchased 191,815 shares at a price of 779.0 pence each for a total of GBP1.5 million. Their holdings following the deal have not been disclosed.
Shares in P2P Global closed up 0.4% at 773.0p on Wednesday.
