LONDON (Alliance News) - P2P Global Investments PLC said HAP Ltd acquired shares in the investment trust in a transaction on Tuesday.
HAP is 50% owned by Steve Plowman, an employee of P2P Global's investment manager Pollen Street Capital Ltd. The remaining 50% stake in HAP is held by Samantha Plowman, wife of Steve Plowman.
HAP bought 9,550 shares at a price of 774.5 pence per share, totalling GBP73,965.
P2P Global shares were trading up 0.1% on Tuesday at 775.03p each.
