Ovoca Gold Resumes Trading, Plans Name Change To Ovoca Bio

LONDON (Alliance News) - Ovoca Gold PLC on Monday said that its shares have been re-admitted to trading on both the AIM and ESM markets, following the completion of its reverse takeover of IVIX LLC.

Under the deal Ovoca Gold purchased up to 59.9% of IVIX, a Russian female sexual dysfunction drug proprietor.

Ovoca Gold, a former mining exploration company, intends to change its name to Ovoca Bio PLC to reflect this change of focus.

Shares in Ovoca Gold were trading flat at 10.50 pence on Monday.
