(Alliance News) - Online property platform OnTheMarket PLC said Tuesday it signed a listing deal with FTSE 100-listed housebuilder Persimmon PLC.
The deal will see all Persimmon and Charles Church branded properties listed with OnTheMarket. In 2018, Persimmon sold 16,449 new homes in the UK across a wide range of price points and locations.
No financial details for the deal were specified.
"In addition to growing our agent base, a key objective for OnTheMarket is broadening our property advertiser base, with new homes developers a priority focus," OnTheMarket Commercial Director Helen Whiteley said.
"I am delighted that Persimmon, one of the UK's largest house builders, has decided to join us now, raising the number of listing developments on the portal to 733."
Shares in OnTheMarket were 3.3% higher at 71.24 pence in London on Tuesday, Persimmon up 0.4% at 2.460.00 pence.
