(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

1pm PLC - UK SME finance provider - Ed Rimmer to step down as chief operating officer and leave company from Thursday, as part of management restructuring and cost savings. COO duties will be handled by the chief executive officer, chief financial officer and operating board members who lead the product divisions and group functions.

Xaar PLC - inkjet printing technology - Hires Alison Littley as non-executive director. Littley is a former senior manager at Diageo PLC and Mars Inc. She currently is a non-executive director at Norcros PLC and Headlam Group PLC. Margaret Rice-Jones steps down from board on June 30, her departure announced back in September.

Residential Secure Income PLC - real estate investment trust - Hires Elaine Bailey as independent non-executive director. Bailey was chief executive of housing association Hyde Group, before which she held senior prison-related roles at government services outsourcer Serco Group PLC. Mike Emmerich steps down as non-executive director, effective immediately.
