Currently is 58% owned by Buckthorn Partners LLP, 34% by funds controlled by Arab Petroleum Investments Corp, and 5% by Chief Executive Officer Allan Pirie. Has 79 million shares in issue. Doesn't say how many new or existing shares will be offered in IPO.
