LONDON (Alliance News) - Modern Water PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Michael Gradon bought 300,000 shares at a price of 29.5 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Gradon holds 1.2 million shares, which represents 1.57% stake in the firm.
Shares in the fresh water company were up 3.3% at 30.74 pence Tuesday morning.
