LONDON (Dow Jones)--Motive Television PLC (MTV.LN), a digital television services and solutions group, said Wednesday pretax loss for 2009 narrowed by 32%, adding that over the next 12 months it will focus to ensure the success of the BesTV brand while seeking further opportunities to invest in new technologies.
