LONDON (Alliance News) - Metal Tiger PLC said Michelle Johnson, wife of Chief Executive Officer Paul Johnson, bought 250,000 shares at 1.39 pence each on Thursday.
The company earlier said Paul Johnson bought 250,000 shares at 1.28 pence per share Wednesday.
Following the purchase, Paul Johnson has a total interest in 9.5 million shares, equivalent to a 2.13% stake in the natural resources investor.
Shares in Metal Tiger were up 11% at 1.39p Thursday.
