(Alliance News) - Midatech Pharma PLC on Monday said Chief Financial Officer Stephen Stamp purchased GBP30,375 worth of shares.
The deal took place on Friday last week, with Stamp paying 6.75 pence per share for 450,000 shares - taking his total holding to 1.0 million shares or a 0.2% holding.
This follows a deal on Wednesday last week where Stamp purchased 250,000 shares at 5.5p each.
Shares in Midatech were down 1.8% at 6.14p in London on Monday afternoon.
