LONDON (Alliance News) - Matomy Media Group Ltd said Friday Non-executive Director and Chairman Harel Beit-On has resigned for personal reasons.
Sami Totah will replace Beit-On in his roles from Israel-based technology growth fund Viola Growth.
Matomy Media shares closed untraded at 39.36 pence on Friday.
