Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC - Robin Rowland hired as independent non-executive director, joining immediately. Rowland is the former chief executive of restaurant chain YO! Sushi and was a director of Fuller's brewing and pub peer Marston's PLC until July last year.

Enteq Upstream PLC - Hires Neil Hartley as non-executive director. Hartley is a private equity investor, most recently with First Reserve Corp. Robin Pinchbeck retires from board. Both from Tuesday.

Crest Nicholson Holdings PLC - Leslie Van de Walle retired as non-executive director at the end of Tuesday's annual general meeting.

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Ltd - Jonathan Bridel to step down as non-executive director from December 31. It says a third-party provider will be consulted for finding a new director.

Schroder Oriental Income Fund Ltd - Hires Nick Winsor as independent non-executive director. Winsor worked for lender HSBC Holdings PLC for 35 years across Asia, the Middle East and the UK.

Tertiary Minerals PLC - Richard Clemmey resigns as managing director from June 30. Executive Chair Patrick Cheetham to be interim chief executive.

Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC - Wee-Li Hee hired as a non-executive director from June 1. Was lead manager of Scottish Oriental Smaller Companies Trust PLC.

ECSC Group PLC - Gemma Basharan promoted to chief financial officer from financial controller and added to board. Chief Technology Officer Ian Castle also joins board.

Matomy Media Group Ltd - Stephane Estryn leaves board immediately following sale by Publicis Groupe Holdings BV of its stake in Matomy.

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC - Hires Adrian Chamberlain and Charlotte de Metz as independent, non-executive directors, joining after the publication of its 2019 financial results. Chamberlain is executive chair of eConsult Ltd, a cloud-based medical triage company. De Metz is chief people officer at Synamedia, a provider of video solutions.
