Monitise Says Checkalt Has Not Bought Americas Business

LONDON (Alliance News) - Monitise PLC on Tuesday said payment technology group Checkalt Digital has not bought its Monetise Americas business, noting a recent post on Checkalt's page which Monitise said "depicts" such a transaction took place.

Monitise said the post was "not correct", and confirmed it was "committed to its Americas business and supporting its customers, partners and staff in 2017".

Shares in Monitise were up 0.4% at 2.90 pence on Tuesday.
