LONDON (Alliance News) - Minds + Machines Group Ltd Friday said Chairman Guy Elliot bought 300,000 shares at 10.0 pence per share on Thursday.
After the purchase, Elliot holds 23.3 million shares, equal to a 3.08% stake.
The stock was up 0.4% at 10.03p Thursday.
