LONDON (Alliance News) - MedaPhor Group PLC on Wednesday said it raised GBP78,778 via an open offer of shares.
The firm issued 926,801 shares, representing 3.8% of the maximum amount to be issued under the open offer.
At the end of November, the ultrasound software company said it would issue up to 24.2 million shares at 8.5 pence each under the open offer, to raise GBP2.1 million.
The company said it will use net proceeds to develop its AI-based products, ScanNav AutoCapture and ScanNav AnatomyGuide, and submit them for regulatory approval.
MedaPhor shares were untraded at 8.0p each on Wednesday afternoon.
