Maven Income & Growth VCT 3 PLC - venture capital trust - Receives GBP1.7 million in valid applications relating to the subscription offer launched in September to raise GBP10 million. The offer prices of the shares were in the range of 57.84 pence to 59.38p. Maven Income & Growth VCT 4 PLC receives GBP1.6 million valid applications relating to its subscription offer also launched September 20. The offer prices were in the range of 69.28p to 71.13p.
